This is nothing new. Career military do it all the time.

The KS Insurance Commissioner one before Kathleen Sebelius, was William Fletcher - a man who resigned and was reappointed the same day - double-dipping to the point that he was the highest paid state employee in all of Kansas + he had a Worker's Comp settlement that paid out in the 6 figures - because he strained himself lifting a briefcase out of his trunk.


Meg Whitman's $151 Meg investment to become the CA Gov. scares me a hell of a lot more than these folks....

No businesswoman tosses hundreds of millions at an office without expecting a "reasonable return" on her investment. What does Meg know that we don't?
