Well, "it's in there," is probably in the refusal to apologize, I refuse to look.
Leviticus chapter 20 is a speech Moses is to delver to Israel, regarding those who would worship Molech. It's a whole long litany of woe, listing what those who worship Molech do with unworthy children of Israel, followed by what Israel is to do with both when they catch them doing it.
It's pretty cut and dried, Israel is to kill followers of Molech when they find them doing what they do. To see it otherwise is seen as giving your seed over to Molech, and God is pretty particular about that.
Death to those give, and to those who receive, the seed. Death to those who committeth incest, adultery, with father's wife or with a daughter in law, if both a mother and a daughter are taken as wives, or with another man, or even with another mans beast if it comes to that, to commit whoredom of any kind with Molech is death.
So you see it's not about being straight or gay, or even with a beast, it's about who you give your seed to. Giving it to, or receiving it from one who worships Molech is death.
If you or your mate is not a worshiper of Molech, I'd say you're good to go.
I wish righty could read an entire chapter in context. Remembering while reading the 19th verse what the topic is, and who is being addressed, that stuff matters.
