And if you got your way, they would have continued to be quietly murdered by Saddam.

Here it is Oldfart, the outrage. The attack that happened today is still being reported as straight news right now, over there I mean

Fault Lines travels across Iraq to take the pulse of a country and its people after nine years of occupation.

The link above takes you to Aljazeera, to TV like half hour videos show sort of like at YouTube. I can't seem to embed it though. They're TV weekly shows in English that stream.

Quote:
Fault Lines can be seen on Al Jazeera English each week at the following times GMT: Tuesday: 2230; Wednesday: 0930; Thursday: 0330; Friday: 1630; Saturday: 2230; Sunday: 0930; Monday: 0330; Tuesday: 1630.

Here's one another on outrage:http://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/features/2013/03/2013315171951838638.html

And one about media censorship by the Iraqi government:http://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/features/2013/03/2013315171951838638.html With regards to that one, I my openion the language used by aljazeera is usually fairly civilized.

Those attacks I mentioned at the top, that are still happened today are currently being reported in a reasonably straight up news sort of style right now, opinion and outrage seem to come later: http://www.aljazeera.com/news/middleeast/2013/04/201342410811252501.html

Jesus, I can't comment on a thread on page 3 or 4 without getting my face bitten off? I have no ill feelings about anyone here, it's been nice to talk to you! I certainly didn't pick you out specifically.

Back on topic, I'm sure their faith will set everything right again.

That's not a real thing.

I didn't notice the date, It's just friday and I'm bored at work. Anyway, it's right out of today's headlines:

I assume since you were in favor of sending our country to war solely to remove Saddam and having nothing to do with WMD since we know he didnt have any even before we went, you must have served?

It doesn't seem to be uniting them in faith though.

so you didnt serve, you see promoting a war you are not willing to fight in, especially an unnecessary war of choice for profit, makes you a chickenshit chickenhawk

sorry, not my rules

As long as we are quoting rules:
1) There will be no personal attacks or threats against board members, whether in public posts or PMs. If you disagree with another member's comments, focus on the facts or comments, not the person who posted it.

not a personal attack at all, someone who supports others dying in a war they refuse to fight in is a chickenshit chickenhawk

would it be nicer of me to leave the chickenshit part out? OK

then you are a chickenhawk

you see, as the parent of someone who had to go to that war, as someone who had their life turned upside down for over a year, I get to call people that when that is what they are... ;)

if you dont want to be one, then stop promoting an illegal, unnecessary, war of choice and profit
