Just got my VA VRAP approval

Location: Soon-to-be Central California Coast
Just a note to let you know I got an approval letter from the VA for the VRAP program that'll pay me $1500/mo for a year to go back to school. I enrolled at National American U in ABQ for Cisco Router Certification courses that I can do online from home and hacve passed on the link to my brother, who retired from the Guard and turns the cutoff date of 60 in Sept. So here's the link for all you vets out there.

Awesome news ISH, Sorry I haven't called yet, but my cell service sucks, and it would be 5 dropped calls in 2 minutes, going tomorrow for a new phone and I'll call then, be well brother!!

Just an update. Got my official Cert of Eligibility today and completed the financial aid forms. Talked to VA. They said once, the school gets and forwards the COE to them, the pay starts coming and is direct deposited into my account. I helped my brother Tom, through the application process today so his is also complete. He said only around 15,000 vets have applied for the program. So that means there are still 31,000 open now & another 40 or so in Oct. So SUAF and Tap. GET OFF your dead Asses and APPLY already. I may call into the show Thursday.
