Several years ago a young friend of mine (very young at the time) was over at my house watching Pokemon. So, I sat there enjoying the show about the electrical mouse with the attitude when all of a sudden it dawned on me.

Whoa! This Cartoon Sucks!!!!

Which started me thinking. With the exception of the Warner Brothers cartoons and a couple of Disney productions the cartoons really weren't that much better when I was a child.

Yes that was a re-post of the second generation re-post of the original post revisited.
The "Cartoon Thread is always good for a laugh and it's a great place to escape to when things get too crispy on the rest of the board. I will be adding cartoons that are interesting, odd, vintage, distracting, disconcerting and or just plain stupid. All for your enjoyment. Please feel free to contribute.

First we'll need some buttes, cliffs and mesas so the character will have something to fall off of.
The character will not fall until he realizes he's not standing on anything.
The character has unlimited credit.

I don't know how long Showtime ran these but they were some of the funnier toons in that time period. Smells like...duck.
